Found
“Found”, says the heart shaped name tag on the cat’s collar. The light illuminates her way, leading her straight home. Her wandering has ended.
Our heavenly Father, through His Son, Jesus, is our Light that leads us home into His loving arms. Just as the story of the prodigal son reveals in Luke 15: 11-31, “...He was lost, and is found!”, so are we. In the story of the lost sheep, He goes out after it until He finds it, exclaiming, “Rejoice with me, for I have found my sheep which was lost!’” (Luke 15: 4-7).
